  • Coordinate and execute events, functions, and conferences from start to finish.
  • Support 20 race days per season, managing a mix of weekend and public holiday dates.
  • Ensure all marketing materials align with the brand, while supporting digital marketing efforts.
  • Keep event pages updated with engaging and relevant content.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, including caterers, labour hire, and hire supplies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling reception duties, inquiries, memberships, and quotes.
  • Maintain and update the WTR Membership database, including record keeping, invoicing, and distribution of membership cards.
  • Assist the finance team with invoicing and related tasks.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing and event management.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a drive to exceed expectations.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Collaborative mindset, as successful events rely on teamwork and coordination.
  • Solutions-focused approach, always looking for ways to improve systems and processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, event management systems, social media, AV equipment, and graphic design software.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
