Property Law Specialist

As a Legal Executive in our Finance/Property Division, you will play a critical role in supporting the team's efforts in mortgage documentation, settlement facilitation, and regulatory compliance. If you're a skilled professional with a passion for property law and a desire to grow with a forward-thinking organization, we encourage you to apply.
Key ResponsibilitiesSome of your key responsibilities will include:
- Drafting and reviewing mortgage and security documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Facilitating loan settlements by coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring all pre-settlement conditions are met.
- Managing stakeholder communications to ensure a smooth settlement experience.
- Conducting due diligence on property securities and title searches to identify potential risks and opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Experience in conveyancing, settlements, and mortgage documentation.
- A strong understanding of property law, lending practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in legal and financial software systems.
- NZ residency or citizenship due to this being a permanent role.
