About the Role

As a Commercial Property Law Firm Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting a team of property and commercial solicitors, including one Partner, Senior Associates, and a wider team of Solicitors and Legal Executives.

  • Manage client files efficiently, ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Prepare and review documents, including LINZ e-dealings and A&I forms
  • Draft and finalise legal documents for clients and authors
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless transactions
  • Coordinate company searches, mortgage discharges, and resolutions
  • Prepare and manage end-of-month billing for the team
About You

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with 4+ years of experience in a law firm, preferably in a dedicated property/conveyancing team. Previous commercial property experience is beneficial.

  • Proven experience working with Microsoft Office and relevant legal practice management systems
  • Able to work independently, with a keen eye for detail
  • Familiarity with end-of-month billing, invoicing, and financial reporting
  • An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills

Colegal offers a competitive salary of $70,000 to $85,000 based on experience, ongoing annual performance and salary reviews, and opportunities for career growth and development.
