Administrative Finance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Finance Specialist to join our Financial Support Services team. The successful candidate will work closely with our internal business users and provide exceptional support in managing our financial processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for:
- Supporting ratepayers through email queries and ensuring timely responses.
- Providing assistance with various financial tasks, including property rates, rebates, receipting, payables, invoicing, and sundry receivables.
- Assisting with customer contact channels to ensure they are well managed and kept up to date.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
