Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting ratepayers through email queries and ensuring timely responses.
  • Providing assistance with various financial tasks, including property rates, rebates, receipting, payables, invoicing, and sundry receivables.
  • Assisting with customer contact channels to ensure they are well managed and kept up to date.

  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
