**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Mental Health Specialist to join our Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) team in Palmerston North. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to young people and their families.

About the Role:

  • Work as part of a collaborative team to deliver comprehensive mental health services to children and adolescents.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
  • Conduct assessments, diagnose conditions, and provide evidence-based interventions to promote optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Provide education and support to clients, families, and caregivers to promote mental health and well-being.
