The Role

This strategic role within Datacom's Digital Engineering division is pivotal in driving growth, innovation, and commercial success for our market propositions.

As part of our team, you will lead a group of Data & Analytics consultants specializing in modern data platforms, advanced analytics, and data governance capabilities.

Your Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Develop and execute a capability plan to create a high-performing culture, including team growth, performance, and development.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance and technical leadership on cloud solutions and cloud-native development.
  • Sales: Articulate and evangelise the Modern Application development value proposition across Sales, Service, and Marketing to internal stakeholders, customers, and the wider market.
  • Strategic Direction: Collaborate with the wider business to define and execute a growth strategy for Modern Application services across Wellington and wider markets.
  • Commercial and Financial Management: Manage operational budgets, including month-end processes, invoicing, and reporting.
  • Partner Engagement: Lead strategic planning around opportunity and product roadmaps to ensure efficient collaboration with partners.
