The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of designing blended learning solutions that cater to diverse business needs, as well as experience in training facilitation, presenting, and developing resources to support this activity.

You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, identify knowledge gaps, and create targeted learning interventions that drive business outcomes.

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of instructional design principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with colleagues.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive learning strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop accurate and engaging content.
  • Leverage learning software applications to develop, deploy, and track learning initiatives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal clients.
