Job Overview

The Director of Revenue Cycle Training & Education seeks a highly skilled Instructional Design Specialist to create instructional training modules for revenue cycle processes across the system. The ideal candidate will develop engaging video content, lead in-classroom training sessions, design online training materials, and produce virtual training modules.

This role requires expertise in analyzing workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance productivity and quality of work. The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating SOPs and other process documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver high-quality training programs for adult learners
  • Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Create SOPs and other process documents
  • Develop and implement training modules on revenue cycle processes
  • Collaborate with Epic analysts to build enhancements for workflow efficiency
