**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, a positive approach, and the ability to work in a team. A registered counsellor or willingness to register is essential, along with experience working with vulnerable individuals, youth, and children. Membership with a professional organisation is also desirable.
Familiarity with family violence and trauma would be an advantage, as well as flexible, skilled, safe, and creative approaches in supporting vulnerable people.
