As a Healthcare Community Integration Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all activities related to the use of Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) outside of our institution.

Your responsibilities will include supporting growth opportunities to expand Cooper's footprint in the community, governing the use of EMRs as it relates to integration approaches with external entities, and overseeing the Epic Community Connect program. This includes developing program deliverables, such as scope of Epic modules and workflows, program price models, and IT support models.

You will also manage the overall relationship between Cooper and Community Connect Affiliates, partnering with them to ensure satisfaction, engagement, and success. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring the Community Connect program is financially successful, overseeing program budget and P&L analysis, and monitoring and managing all contractual, regulatory, and legal obligations of the relationship between Cooper and the Community Connect Affiliates.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop, coordinate, and implement long-term goals and objectives to achieve the successful outcome of the program. You will also oversee and manage the Community Connect resources team, including Customer Success Manager(s), and provide leadership, vision, and promote a culture of excellence and innovation within the organization.
