Job Description:
- HR Advisory & Compliance: Provide expert advice on New Zealand employment agreements, including CEA's; Employment Awards, Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs), and workplace relations.
- HR Operations & Support: Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes. Support HR data management and reporting (Excel & Power BI).
- Business Partnering & Projects: Act as the trusted HR contact for College leadership teams, understanding their unique challenges.
Requirements:
- HR Generalist Experience: Prior experience in an HR advisory role supporting diverse business units.
- Australian HR Expertise: Knowledge of Australian Employment Legislation, Fair Work, EBAs, and Awards.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to build credibility and influence managers at all levels.
