The Head of Global Optimisation plays a pivotal role in shaping our future and contributing to the company's growth and success. This role requires delivering optimised orchard gate return results within the context of a long-term market-development strategy, combined with annual market and crop conditions.

You will lead a highly capable team that reviews the global annual integrated business plan and associated adjustments following each crop and allocation update. Your team will be empowered to work cross-functionally and collaboratively, ensuring the development of a feasible and executable business plan.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a long-term global demand optimisation and allocation process, including oversight of analysis and determination of crop allocation options.
  • Drive continuous improvement in global optimisation and market allocation within IBP systems, focusing on standardization and simplification.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure cohesive planning and execution across Territory Presidents, Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations.
  • Define OGR focused analytics to facilitate identifying opportunities for incremental OGR value creation.
