QMS Auditor to join our dynamic team.We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified GLOBALG.A.P.
QMS Auditor to join our team and play a vital role in certifying and improving farm operations, plant production to help ensure that farms and food production sites meet the highest certification standards.

Your work will involve evaluating processes, records, and systems while fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.This is a wonderful chance to see New Zealand; travelling to and working alongside Aotearoa's growers and exporters in the Horticulture sector supporting them as they take their products to market.Please note that the preference is for this role to be based in Tauranga.
However, we are flexible on location.The role will require regular travel, with up to two weeks per month away from home during peak season.Key Responsibilities:Conduct audits of crop production systems to verify compliance with certification standards.Analyze records and processes to assess adherence to regulatory and food safety requirements.Prepare and deliver accurate, timely audit reports.Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge in food safety, regulatory requirements, and audit techniques.Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.Technical Skills and Qualifications:Tertiary diploma (2+ years) in horticulture, agricultural science, or a related field.At least 2 years' experience post-study in the agricultural industry.A total of 3 years' experience in agriculture-related work.ORTertiary diploma (2+ years) in a food-related discipline.At least 4 years of experience in farm operations or technical production management.And:LEAD auditor training based on ISO/IEC Principles, minimum duration of 37 hours.Practical auditing experience of 10 days in management systems (e.g.
ISO/IEC 9000, BRCGS Food or GLOBALG.A.P.
