Opportunity Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading multinational investment and development group as an Investment Director, driving growth through strategic partnerships and sustainable infrastructure investments. You will be responsible for leading cross-border Private Equity (PE) transactions, developing and executing a comprehensive investment strategy, and cultivating deep relationships with investors, regulators, and other stakeholders to secure deal flow and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

As an Investment Director, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Leading cross-border PE transactions, driving growth and profitability.
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive investment strategy, leveraging your expertise in PE/VC and cross-border transactions.
  • Cultivating deep relationships with investors, regulators, and other stakeholders to secure deal flow and drive business growth.
  • Managing a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless execution of deals and projects.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes, applying this knowledge to inform investment decisions and drive business growth.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:
  • 10+ years of experience in PE/VC, with a strong background in cross-border transactions.
  • Proven track record of leading complex deals and projects, delivering results-driven outcomes.
  • Strong network of contacts within the PE/VC industry, including investors, regulators, and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Advanced degree in Finance, MBA, or equivalent; CFA/CPA preferred.
