This newly created role will provide exceptional administrative support to the Practice Manager and all lawyers in the team.
- Processing legal aid applications and invoicing

- Reception and phone duties

About You:
You will excel in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining an approachable and empathetic communication style, and building long-term relationships to support and expand our client base.
The ideal candidate should have attention to detail, excellent written communication and grammar skills, and proficiency in creating and formatting documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
