Role Description
This is a hands-on clinical role where you'll actively deliver GP services, while also shaping and growing care services to align with Tend's forward-thinking model of care. You will be expected to lead by example, embodying professionalism, sensitivity, and respect in every interaction—whether with patients or colleagues.
What You'll Do:
- Inspire and Guide: Empower and develop our talented GP, NP and care teams, enabling them to excel in their roles and grow with Tend's vision.
- Collaborate and Innovate: Align the delivery of GP, nursing, and care services across the network.
- Lead by Example: Deliver patient care through in-person GP consults, participate in online rosters, peer group discussions, and contribute to non-patient-facing responsibilities.
- Drive Excellence in Care: Ensure patients receive culturally sensitive, evidence-based care through a seamless blend of in-clinic and digital services.
