**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Coach. This is a full-time, fixed-term opportunity for 18 months, working 40 hours per week.

As a Clinical Coach, you will be working in partnership with the Mental Health Education and Leadership Team to support the delivery of assessment and education coaching plans. You will use your coaching skills to develop clinical decision-making and improve Tangata Whaiora safety in real-time.

**Responsibilities:*

  • Support the development of clinical education and training programs
  • Collaborate with mental health teams to provide coaching and mentoring
  • Develop and implement coaching plans to improve clinical decision-making

**Requirements:**

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in mental health and addiction services
  • Previous experience in coaching, precepting, or mentoring staff
  • Relevant postgraduate education and engagement with PDRP (preferably at expert level or working towards)
  • Competency with te ao Māori, tikanga, and te reo Māori or a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growth
