Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently operate and maintain CNC machines during 2nd shift.
  • Collaborate with assemblers to coordinate workflow and ensure smooth production.
  • Monitor and inspect parts to meet quality and production standards.
  • Adjust CNC programs, tooling, and machine settings as needed to optimize efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or CNC coursework preferred.
  • 5+ years of CNC machining experience, including setup and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage production without direct supervision.
