Laundry Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Laundry Worker to join our team at St Andrews Care Home in Hamilton.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure all residents' personal clothing is cleaned and returned to its rightful owners.
- Operate laundry equipment efficiently and safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized laundry area.
- Monitor linen supplies and notify management of any issues.
- Previous experience in a commercial laundry setting is preferred but not essential, as we offer comprehensive training.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, empathy, and a passion for delivering exceptional care to our residents.
- Be a team player with the ability to work independently and take initiative when needed.
- Have reliable transportation or travel arrangements.
- Be legally entitled to work in New Zealand.
