Our Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Fitter to join our fast-paced Lichfield site. As a key member of our high-performing Maintenance Team, you'll use your sound mechanical experience to navigate changing work priorities and implement scheduled preventative maintenance to ensure our site performs at its peak each day.
Your Responsibilities
- Maintain all machinery in alignment with our asset care plans and strategies.
- Provide support by troubleshooting and repairing breakdowns with confidence.
About You
We want to hear from you if you have a Mechanical Trade Certificate (L4 or higher) and mechanical aptitude with hands-on fitter experience. Exceptional fault-finding and problem-solving skills are essential, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a team and independently.
