With your own assigned area of the plant, you'll take pride in your work while learning the ins and outs of our modern facility.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintenance and repair of jobs within the meat processing plant
  • Ensuring plant reliability, diagnostics, and repair
  • Commissioning additional plant and equipment

To succeed in this role, you'll need a trade certificate in engineering/maintenance or relevant experience. Proficiency in welding (Tig, Mig, MMAW), hydraulics, and pneumatics is essential. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to daily routine are also required.
