Job DescriptionIn this role, you will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality care to whānau. You will be responsible for:
- Providing education and support to help whānau make positive decisions about their health and wellbeing
- Building strong relationships with whānau to promote trust and understanding
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care
- Lived or work experience in AOD within Māori and Pasifika Communities is essential
- Experience working with Māori and Pasifika communities in the health and/or social services spaces
- A deep understanding of Te Ao Māori, commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and culturally appropriate practices
