Company Overview:

Harbour Hospice is a progressive organisation that provides holistic care to people across the North Shore, Hibiscus Coast, and Warkworth/Wellsford regions.

We support and provide specialist palliative nursing care in the community, in one of our two inpatient units, or in community programmes offered at each of our three sites.

About the Role:

This full-time rostered position involves visiting patients, families, and whanau in their homes to deliver specialist palliative nursing care.

You will provide symptom and pain management and end-of-life care for people with a wide range of life-limiting illness diagnoses.

This role requires experience working in a hospice or palliative care environment as a Registered Nurse for a minimum of 2 years.

Requirements:

You must also hold a current and valid New Zealand work visa, have a full, clean NZ driver's licence, and be committed to achieving Competent Level PDRP within 12 months of employment.
