We are seeking an experienced HR&Admin Executive to provide support for our office administration and part of the HR operation. This role involves daily tasks related to office operations, including meeting room arrangements, visitor reception, and management of office vendors such as pantry services, cleaning services, and equipment maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage staff travel arrangements, including booking hotels and air tickets.
  2. Handle office and staff expenses claims and filing.
HR Operations:
  1. Support staff onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and managing employee departures.
  2. Assist with Employment pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  3. Maintain the employment database by keeping staff files up-to-date and following performance evaluation procedures.
  4. Stay updated on Singapore's Employment Act and related government regulations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in HR and Administration, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and excellent communication skills. Bilingual Mandarin speakers are preferred.
