Responsibilities

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with Community Probation sites and AOD testing providers to book and coordinate tests;
  • Providing expert advice and guidance regarding AOD testing to frontline staff;
  • Coordinating AOD testing with Community Corrections staff;
  • Recording tests and maintaining databases including producing ad hoc reports as required;
  • Monitoring and escalating issues and trends.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Flexibility and adaptability;
