Wellington Based Coordinator

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Liaising with Community Probation sites and AOD testing providers to book and coordinate tests;
- Providing expert advice and guidance regarding AOD testing to frontline staff;
- Coordinating AOD testing with Community Corrections staff;
- Recording tests and maintaining databases including producing ad hoc reports as required;
- Monitoring and escalating issues and trends.
Key Requirements
- Experience in administration and coordination;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- Flexibility and adaptability;
- Proven problem-solving skills.
