About Your Responsibilities: You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the nursing department, including staffing, scheduling, and performance management. You will also be responsible for coordinating care and services for residents, collaborating with physicians, pharmacists, and other clinical providers as needed.
About Your Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must have a current state/provincial license as a professional Registered Nurse (RN). A minimum of two years RN experience is required, with at least one year experience in home health, assisted living, or long-term care environment. Additionally, you must have a proven track record of leadership and management experience, with the ability to delegate assignments to the appropriate individuals based on their demonstrated skill capability and in compliance with all regulations.
