Responsibilities for a Nurse Manager/Clinical Manager:

  • You will visit our pediatric and some adult clients and conduct assessments in Northern MA.
  • You will develop and execute the skilled nursing care while coordinating communications between clients, field staff, and other involved parties.
  • You will supervise and support nursing staff in the field.
  • You will facilitate new hire orientation for nurses.
  • You will participate in the training of new nurses and in-services for field staff to provide exceptional care.

Qualifications for a Nurse Manager/Clinical Manager:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
  • Pediatric experience preferred.
  • Trach/vent experience or an interest in learning.
  • Supervisory experience as a Nurse Manager preferred.
