We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Allied Health Consultant. The ideal candidate will have experience in leadership roles and be able to demonstrate strong clinical expertise in Adult Community Mental Health Services.
As an Allied Health Consultant, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our mental health services. You will work closely with the Director of Allied Health, Allied Health Clinical Leaders, and other key stakeholders to achieve organisational goals.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leveraging your clinical expertise to drive service improvements and deliver high-quality care.
- Providing leadership and guidance to the Allied Health workforce to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
- Collaborating with the Clinical Director, Nurse Consultant, and Service Manager/Nurse Director to develop and implement strategies that promote inter-disciplinary models of care.
