We provide nursing, personal cares, rehabilitation, social support, and household assistance to ensure our clients are safe, active, and independent in their own homes. Our team of over 3,500 Support Workers and Registered Health Professionals serves more than 40,000 clients nationwide.
About the RoleAs a Regional Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in developing and maintaining rapport with our team, clients, and their families, delivering high-quality customer-focused service within a structured framework. You will coordinate home-based care and support services that enable our clients to live safely and independently within their homes and communities.
Main Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Eligibility to work in New Zealand
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite

- Ability to think creatively and strategically
