We are seeking an experienced and skilled Office Manager who is able to provide efficient administration support to the General Manager and the NZ leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the General Manager and the NZ leadership team, including meeting schedules, minute taking, email and calendar management, travel bookings, coding and approvals, contract preparation
- Managing related budget and associated finance administration, including creation of purchase orders and processing and coding of invoices related to office costs
- Assisting with expenses, organizing LT events (breakaways, offsite meetings, team building) and any other tasks or duties as required
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in providing administration support and general office management
- Skilled in minute taking, event management, budget management and computer literacy in all Microsoft Office software applications
- Highly professional, with excellent judgment and high discretion, confidence in dealing with a diverse range of people, pragmatic, helpful and solution focused
