About the JobThis is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced nurse to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents. As a Licensed Nursing Professional, you will be responsible for assessing residents' physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs, monitoring their well-being, and providing resident care activities under the direction of the Assisted Living Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess residents to identify their physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs
- Monitor residents' well-being and report any changes in condition
- Provide resident care activities under the direction of the Assisted Living Director
- Assist with Medication Management Program
- Assist with care plans
- Participate in the Assisted Living performance improvement process
- Demonstrate knowledge of emergency procedures and respond appropriately
- Document evaluation of nursing interventions including resident response
To be successful in this role, you should have a graduate degree from an accredited RN/LVN/LPN program and a minimum of one-year experience as a nurse in a senior care setting. Having some Assisted living and/or dementia experience is preferred.
