We are seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join our People & Culture (P&C) function in Wellington or Christchurch. The successful candidate will provide expert HR advice and support to managers, team leaders, and supervisors.
The role involves:
- Providing timely and efficient advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Assisting in resolving employment disputes and offering support for performance assessments.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilities, as well as excellent organisational skills and the ability to deliver on objectives with high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
A tertiary qualification in HR or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience, is desirable. Knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and the ability to offer solutions to complex HR challenges is also essential.
