As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities to achieve their goals and aspirations. This may involve helping individuals to develop their skills and knowledge, supporting them to participate in their local community, and assisting them with daily tasks.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, sleepovers and weekends. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively with individuals with intellectual disabilities, and have the ability to work independently.
