Forensic Coordination Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced manager to lead our Forensic Coordination Service – Intellectual Disability team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing teams and developing effective processes to support the delivery of high-quality services to clients.

They will also have a proven track record of building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including tāngata whaikaha, whānau, and community organisations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead and manage the Forensic Coordination Service – Intellectual Disability team to achieve outstanding results and deliver high-quality services to clients.
  • To develop and implement effective strategies to improve service delivery, quality and efficiency.
  • To build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a collaborative approach to supporting tāngata whaikaha and their whānau.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in managing teams and developing effective processes to support the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to think strategically and make informed decisions to drive business growth and improvement.
