Job Summary
The NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi is seeking a highly skilled Senior Programme Coordinator to join our Corporate Portfolio team. In this role, you will provide expert programme coordination support to deliver strategic change projects and programmes.

About the Role
This permanent full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex projects, build relationships with stakeholders, and contribute to the capability uplift of our project coordination professionals.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Engage and influence internal and external stakeholders to achieve project outcomes
* Utilise your expertise in project and programme management methodologies, including waterfall and agile approaches
* Work closely with the Portfolio Delivery Manager to manage small discreet projects and coordinate across multiple teams

What We're Looking For
* 7+ years' experience working as a coordinator in a complex project or programme environment
* Strong understanding of risk management, assurance controls, and project lifecycle processes
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to establish high-performing teams
* Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, and Visio
