About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Facilities Manager to help maintain the beautiful grounds of Mount Albert Grammar School.
This is a permanent, part-time role (20 hours per week) working as part of a job-share arrangement. While primarily based in Mount Albert, occasional travel to our North Shore depot may be required.
The successful candidate will play a key role in keeping the grounds at their best through various responsibilities including:
- Mowing, edging, and weed spraying
- Leaf blowing and litter collection
- General labouring and maintenance tasks
Key Requirements
- A full, current driver's licence (with the ability to drive a manual vehicle)
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- A proactive, reliable, and self-motivated approach to work
- The ability to prioritise tasks and work within timeframes
- A willingness to take ownership of tasks while being a team player
