As the Business Manager at our Kenepuru Village, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**
Occupancy, profitability, customer satisfaction, quality service delivery, and administration team performance are key areas of focus.
**Responsibilities**
Drive care and service package revenue targets, optimizing waitlists while minimizing vacancy periods.
Manage admissions and discharges, sales enquiries, and analytics for potential sales opportunities or risks.
Meet quality and risk compliance requirements, implementing policy changes and systems as needed.
Support the Care Centre Manager and Village Manager in ensuring the right resources are available to deliver clinical leadership.
Manage workforce resourcing and leave liability planning.
**Qualifications and Requirements**
You'll need 3-5 years of experience managing contracts or business operations, with sound financial and business acumen.
A strong ability to work with data, producing meaningful insights and analysis, is essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with confidence in presenting and facilitating discussions, are required.
An ongoing service improvement focus and mindset, combined with excellent customer service skills, will serve you well in this role.
Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is necessary, as is tech savviness and the ability to work with multiple systems to gain insights and data.
A relevant tertiary qualification is also desirable.
