Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Release Officer to join our Quality Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and managing our six-sigma program, ensuring compliance with RMP/HACCP/OMAR requirements, and supporting the development of standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and managing the six-sigma program for all Yashili's Ingredients and Finished Products.
  • Managing ingredients shelf-life testing and validation.
  • Develop and conduct sensory in-house testing for Finished products.
  • Liaise and follow up with the laboratory on testing requirements and results reporting.
  • Approved Certificates of Analysis (COA) to meet customer requirements.
  • Conduct GMP audits.
  • Create purchasing orders for the Quality team.
  • Lead and support improvement projects for the release and compliance team.
