Job Overview: As a Senior Laboratory Technician, you will lead laboratory operations, ensure the quality and accuracy of scientific analyses, and mentor junior staff. You will manage complex experiments, implement best practices in laboratory protocols, and collaborate with various teams to support our mission of delivering proven authenticity to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate daily laboratory operations
  • Train and mentor laboratory team members
  • Set up and optimise laboratory procedures and protocols
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Conduct specialised experiments and provide insights based on results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on R&D projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in a laboratory setting, with previous supervisory experience being essential
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
