Job Responsibilities
This role involves technical leadership, collaboration with senior leaders to shape the ML and Data Science strategic roadmap, facilitating clear communication within the AI team and across departments, contributing to a positive team culture, and establishing technical best practices. The ideal candidate will tackle intricate, interdisciplinary technical challenges, design, train, optimize, and deploy innovative Computer Vision ML models, execute ML training on large-scale image and categorical datasets, analyze user data to identify patterns to enhance model accuracy, and work with a data labeling team to continuously refine training data.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need 5+ years of industry experience, fantastic communication skills, expertise in building and improving custom Computer Vision ML models in PyTorch or TensorFlow, understanding of how to improve data quality to improve ML model accuracy, experience with distributed ML training across multiple GPUs, excellent coding skills in Python, and experience working with SQL, NoSQL, or Graph databases.
