Main Responsibilities:
- Design and implement innovative learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of infants
- Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality education and care services
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive centre culture
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and families
Requirements:
- Qualifications in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Extensive experience working with infants aged under 2 years
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
