Child Development Support Worker

**Supporting Children with Complex Needs:**
Talent Propeller Limited is committed to providing high-quality support services for children with complex communication and eating/drinking support needs. Our team of experienced professionals works closely with whanau/families, early childhood teachers and other agencies to develop and implement individualised support plans that meet the unique needs of each child.
In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering these support services. Your primary responsibility will be to support children with high and complex communication and eating, drinking and swallowing support needs in their homes and early learning settings. You will work collaboratively with an Early Intervention Teacher and other specialists from community-based organisations to develop and implement Speech-Language Therapy programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting children with high and complex communication and eating, drinking and swallowing support needs
- Developing and implementing individualised Speech-Language Therapy programmes
- Working in partnership with whanau/families and early childhood teachers to achieve positive outcomes
- Contributing to Individual Plan and ORS applications
