At Serco-Aspac, we provide specialised care to inmates facing mental health challenges. As a Mental Health Care Specialist, you will assess their needs, develop care plans, and implement interventions to support rehabilitation. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a safe and culturally responsive healthcare environment, promoting dignity and wellbeing for every individual.

About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of inmates in Auckland South Corrections Facility (ASCF). As a Clinical Support Professional - Mental Health, you will be part of a team that provides high-quality healthcare services to those who need it most.
What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a registered nurse with at least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in mental health, primary care, or acute/emergency settings. You should have strong assessment and crisis intervention skills, as well as an understanding of cultural, religious, and ethnic diversity. A strong commitment to the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi & Te Tiriti o Waitangi is essential.
