We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced nurse to join our multidisciplinary team at Starship Child Health. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing pre-operative specialist nursing care and coordination of surgical care to paediatric cardiac patients and adult patients with congenital heart disease.
The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to quality healthcare and excellent communication skills. They will be able to work effectively in a bi-cultural environment and demonstrate a passion for delivering evidence-based cardiac care.
As part of our dynamic team, you will have opportunities to develop your leadership skills and contribute to the delivery of effective cardiac care. We welcome applications from experienced Paediatric Cardiology nurses who are registered with the NZ Nursing Council and have a proficient or expert level Professional Development Recognition Programme (PDRP) portfolio or equivalent.
**About the Team:** Our Paediatric and Congenital Cardiac Service team is dedicated to providing cardiology and cardiac surgical services for infants, children, and young people with congenital and acquired heart disease, as well as adults with congenital cardiac disease in New Zealand and parts of the Pacific Basin.
