Job Description: As a Senior Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for managing critical administrative functions for the MP, including diary management, scheduling, travel booking, meeting preparation, and minute taking. You will also be coordinating administrative activities, responding to correspondence, and ensuring the smooth operation of the MP's office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the MP's diary and schedule
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting preparation
  • Take minutes during meetings and ensure follow-up actions are taken
  • Respond to correspondence and escalate issues when required
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need real-world experience in an EA role, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will also need to be proactive, flexible, and able to anticipate potential issues.
