This Chief of Staff role will see you working closely with the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer and Chief of Healthcare Partnerships to ensure the efficient management of key strategic business outcomes. You'll provide diary and email management, administrative support, and internal project support.

  1. Represent the CS&MO and CHP, ensuring professionalism and independent decision-making for smooth workflow.
  2. Manage complex diaries and emails proactively.
  3. Draft and send communications on behalf of CS&MO & CHP.

About the Role:

This is a leadership-focused position, requiring strong strategic thinking and communication skills. As a Chief of Staff, you'll be responsible for:

  1. Developing and implementing strategies to drive business outcomes.
  2. Coordinating cross-functional teams and projects.
  3. Mentoring and developing team members.

About You:

We're looking for a professional with at least 5 years of experience providing support at Executive level or senior administration roles in large organisations. You should have:

  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrable ability to drive change and improvement initiatives.
