Maternity Services Manager

The Clinical Midwifery Manager will provide leadership and senior clinical midwifery support to the Midwife Manager and the midwifery team in implementing organisational initiatives and day-to-day management of all midwifery areas.
Key Responsibilities- Work across the full scope of midwifery practice, including primary, secondary, and tertiary settings
- Rostered and rotating shifts, providing holistic care to women and their babies
- Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective care
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Registration with the Midwifery Council of New Zealand and current APC
- Experience across the scope of midwifery, including LMC experience
- Leadership skills and ability to work towards quality leadership programme at leadership level
