Avian Welfare Expert

The Bird Keeper at Auckland Zoo will contribute to conservation efforts both within the zoo and in the field, creating and maintaining innovative aviaries and habitats. You will deliver exceptional visitor experiences and share key conservation messages about birds with the public.
This role requires physical fitness, outdoor work in all weather conditions, and a strong passion for avian welfare. We are looking for a team player with a proven ability to work and contribute effectively in a team environment.
The salary range for this position is from $62,807.68 to $72,841.60 based on skillset and experience. We also offer an ever-growing availability of discounts and partnership benefits.
