About the Role: As a Personal Care Professional with Oceania, you will be responsible for providing exceptional personal care for our residents. This role involves working closely with Registered Nurses to ensure the highest level of care is provided.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personalized care and support to residents
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with residents, staff, and visitors
  • Ensuring a safe environment for our residents through adherence to company policies and procedures

What We Are Looking For: To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 1 year experience in a caregiving position or similar. Your excellent people skills, empathy for the elderly, and their families are essential. Additionally, you will require good written and verbal communication skills, a kind and caring nature, and flexible multitasking and time management skills.
