About the Role

The Service Advisor will be the key contact person for customers booking and servicing their vehicles. This role requires a professional approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain effective customer relationships to maximize repeat business.
  • Ensure an optimum level of service is supplied to all customers, exceeding their expectations.
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction by catering to their unique needs.

Requirements

A current clean full NZ Driver's Licence, professional approach, and good English language skills are essential. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, live in New Zealand, or hold a valid work visa if applicable.
